Recruiter & Customer Service PowerPoint
Customer Service has been a long standing passion of mine. My interest started with one of my first jobs at JC Penny's. I watched a video on service and was I hooked on being compassionate and as helpful as I can to the people I come into contact. Now I am a recruiter and my aim is to be outstanding recruiter and fall back on my customer service training. My hope is to assist people who want to make a positive difference.
Alice, great PowerPoint! I felt the information was thorough and hit key points about Customer Service.

1. Couple of typos in the slides, and one slide is cut off at the bottom and you are not able to read the last sentence.
2. During the class discussion, it might be helpful to develop a simple survey for the break out groups, this way you can have some "statistics" on how people are treated positively and negatively in Customer Service.
3.Add an activity/discussion about recruitment during the class discussion/break out groups.
Overall, this would be a great tool to use for people that teach Customer Service Skills.
